We love trails! Florida Trail Association volunteers work with land managers across the state to build and maintain trails for the public; their work is an invaluable contribution to recreation in the State of Florida. For the most up to date information on trail conditions, visit our land management partner webpages provided for each trail, or contact a local FTA chapter.
Hiking Trails By Region
Data for this map is gathered by our incredible volunteers from across the state and compiled by FTA; it includes the Florida National Scenic Trail, connecting road-walks, loops, and side trails. It is made available to the general public “as is” for planning purposes. All data subject to change. Visit the Florida Trail Association website and see the Trail Closures and Notices section for trail updates. Trail users are encouraged to contact the appropriate land manager or their local FTA chapter to obtain the most up to date information on trail conditions.
Hikers are advised to use this data for rough planning purposes only as the trail is constantly changing. Also some campsites may not be open during hunting seasons or may require permits/fees to use – always contact the local land manager for specific details before hiking, particularly in the fall and winter during general gun hunting.
This data is intended to be used in conjunction with FTA published maps and Data Book and is provided to the public free of charge “as is”. Individuals using this information do so at their own risk. FTA has made every effort to ensure the information to be accurate as of the date indicated within the file.
