The Happy Hoofers chapter is hosting the FTA 2018 South Regional Conference December 7-9, 2018. All six South Florida chapters are included. The theme is "In the Footsteps of our Predecessors". There will be a field trip to Battlefield Park to tour a battlefield of the Seminole Wars, presentations on the history of the Loxahatchee Refuge, history of Loop Road, and the logging that took place in the Fakahatchee Strand.
Activities will include hikes and a paddle on the Loxa
