The following GPS data files are available for free download in GoogleEarth (kml/kmz) format.  GPS users can find free software on the internet to convert from kml/kmz to GPX format or the proprietary format required by their particular GPS unit. Three good programs (among others) are GPSBabel, GPSVisualizer and ExpertGPS.

Trail centerline: GPS-FlaTrail (3.4 MB)
